1. Booking and Payment All reservations must be made online and fully paid in advance. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.

2. Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old
• Must possess a valid Japanese or International Driving Permit (recognized under the 1949 Geneva Convention)
• Driving history must be clean (no major violations in the last 3 years)

3. Rental Period The rental period begins and ends at the agreed times. Late returns will incur additional charges.

4. Insurance All vehicles include basic compulsory insurance (自賠責保険). Optional full insurance (任意保険) is available at extra cost. Customers are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance (deductible applies).

5. Prohibited Uses

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Off-road driving or driving on closed roads
• Sub-letting or transferring the vehicle to a third party
• Racing or any illegal activity

6. Fuel Policy Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. Fuel shortfall will be charged at market rate + service fee.

7. Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before pick-up: Full refund
• 3–7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

8. Damage and Liability Customers are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period. You agree to pay for repairs or replacement costs not covered by insurance.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Niigata Prefecture.

雪芽吹レンタカー – 利用規約

1. 予約・お支払い すべてのご予約はオンラインにて事前決済をお願いいたします。クレジットカードのご登録が必要です。

2. 運転者要件

• 満21歳以上
• 日本の運転免許証または1949年ジュネーブ条約に基づく国際運転免許証をお持ちの方
• 過去3年以内に重大な違反歴がないこと

3. 貸渡期間 貸渡期間は予約時間厳守となります。返却が遅れた場合は追加料金が発生します。

4. 保険 全車両に自賠責保険が付帯されています。任意保険（免責補償）は別途お申し込みいただけます。保険でカバーされない損害については、お客様のご負担となります。

5. 禁止事項

• 飲酒運転、薬物使用下での運転
• オフロード走行や閉鎖道路への進入
• 第三者への貸与・譲渡
• レースや違法行為

6. 燃料ポリシー 車両は引き渡し時と同じ燃料量でご返却ください。不足分は実費＋手数料を申し受けます。

7. キャンセルポリシー

• ご利用日の7日前まで：全額返金
• 3〜7日前：50%返金
• 3日前以降および無連絡キャンセル：返金なし

8. 損害・賠償責任 レンタル期間中の車両の損傷・紛失・盗難については、お客様の責任となります。保険適用外の修理費用は実費にてご請求させていただきます。

9. 準拠法 本規約は日本法に準拠し、万一の紛争が生じた場合は新潟地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

ご予約をいただいた時点で、本利用規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
